Thank you for your interest in Once Upon a Time Festival.
Iranian-Canadian Centre for Art and Culture (ICCAC) is currently accepting applications for the opportunity to secure a space in Once Upon time Festival food and craft vendor and exhibitor Marketplace.
The site for the Festival will be Harbourfront Centre’s 10-acre facilities and our marketplace is housed in its outdoor waterfront venues. With over a 100,000 fesival goers expected to visit, this presents a rare and unique opportunity where your products will receive excellent exposure.
AVAILABLE POSITIONS:
- 28 Marketplace Booth
- 7 Food Vendor Booth
Fees:
- A fee of $500 to $700 CND for Marketplace Booth is due upon approval of your application.
- A fee of $1600 CND for Food Vendor is due upon approval of your application.
SELECTION CRITERIA:
Selection criteria is based on appropriateness to the festival mission, development of a diverse marketplace, and adherence to regulations set by the province, city, and the Festival Vendor Committee.
SELECTION PROCESS:
Please forward your application to the Vendor Committee no later than Thusday, April 1, 2008.
After reviewing all applications, the Vendor Committee will notify selected applicants in writing by April 10, 2008. A contract will be provided to selected vendors along with further instructions.
